Terms of service

General information

🌊 File links stay up for 3 months. If you don't save the commission and ask me to reupload after the link expires I will charge a 5EUR fee for my time!
🌊 My commissions are digital & will be delivered digitally. I do not print & ship.
🌊 I do not work with hard deadlines. Rush fees will apply to deadline projects, depending on the timeframe.
🌊 I can refund & cancel your commission during the process.
🌊 I do not keep commissions private.
🌊 Fixes of my own mistakes are done for free.
🌊 Cosmetic fixes to your commission of things I was not informed of by reference images & text will be an extra charge.
🌊 After approving a WIP, extra changes will be charged for (depending on the types of changes).

Permissions

🌸 Please credit Clear Eclair as the artist of the commissioned piece!
🌸 You may print the commissioned artwork on things for personal use.
🌸 You may hand out items (stickers / buttons / etc) for free without a popularity gain in mind (for example: giving out character buttons / stickers while in fursuit & giving items to friends).
🌸 You may not use the commissioned artwork to make profit (for example: merchandise / prints).
🌸 You can't use commissioned (or any of my) work to make, sell, mint & distribute NFTs.
🌸 You may not use the commissioned artwork for gain of interest/popularity (for example: raffles to get more followers / giving it away when selling your own product / using it for your own shop/business visuals).
🌸 If you want to use artwork for monetary or popularity gains, please discuss before ordering and we can work out a commercial agreement!

Adoptable / design rules

Do not use any design / adoptable without owning (having paid for) them.

🍆 Designs I have made may only be resold for their original value + extra's and cannot be auctioned off.
🍆 I do not condone "OTA" style resales of my designs.
(you may only do this when art is offered as a payment instead of money)
🍆 My designs may be used for personal fursuits/merch.
🍆 It's not allowed to make profits of designs I have made (fursuit work, kigurumi's, merchandisem, fursonapins, etc) without contacting Clear.
🍆 If you wish to use a character design and/or adopt for monetary gain (merch, fursuit, kigu's, pins, etc) please contact Clear to work out a royalties plan or 1time payoff to do so!
🍆 It is okay to redesign & change the design/adopt to your liking! Please credit Clear Eclair for the initial design!
🍆 If you choose to redesign an adopt you purchased from Clear, the un-edited (or 1st) version may not be resold as a separate design while you keep the redesigned one.
🍆 The design may be traded for other designs or artwork no problem!

Payment

🍊 Payment is required upfront.
🍊 Payment is made in Euros.
🍊 Payment is made via a paypal invoice.
🍊 Refunds can be processed when no work has been done, partial refunds (after some work has been done) can be discussed!
